- Ensuring a streamlined project management process allows our team and clients to easily see the progression of their home. We utilize CoConstruct, a premier home builder project management software. This allows our project managers, project designers, site superintendents, clients and subcontractors to all be connected on a single platform.
3D Modeling
We always strive to be industry leaders and push the envelope with technology integration and utilization. Our design team uses ArchiCAD, a computer-aided design and building information modeling (BIM) software for architecture and engineering projects. Our clients can easily see and utilize the 3D model on their phone to get a true representation and appreciation for the finished product.
Quality Checkpoints
With 35 years of experience, we constantly strive to improve and pass on our lessons learned. We have developed very comprehensive and always evolving quality checklists that are utilized by our superintendents. We also conduct frequent quality site walks that involve our designers and construction leadership to ensure a high level of attention to detail.
