Cullum Homes has an architecture and interior design firm housed within a custom home building company. We believe every building project starts with a vision and a budget. From concept and design development to the structural, mechanical, electrical, and landscape design, our in-house team of architects carefully craft each residence. Our approach is fresh, energetic, and current. We work from the inside out, focusing first and foremost on the livability, views, and functionality of the floor plan from the homeowners’ point of view, all while considering the design aesthetic.
We work closely with our clients to understand their lifestyle and needs and to articulate their goals. Our integrated design process ensures that each project is conceived, analyzed, planned and inspired by the homeowner, the building site and the surrounding environment, while keeping budgetary goals in mind.
Our in-house design team assists with the timely selection and installation of finishes and fixtures to keep the project on track. By working as one cohesive design team, both architecture and interior design elements are determined simultaneously, allowing for a seamless design idea and less confusion in the field once the home is under construction.

Our design team carefully considers the selection of furnishings based on your home's color palette with an elevated level of care and attention to detail. We make sure every element is unique to your home and exactly how you envisioned it.
OUR DESIGN CENTER
Our in-house design center is a dedicated space to provide clients with a comprehensive selection of finishes, materials, and design options for their custom home. It serves as a one-stop-shop where clients can work with our in-house design team to gain inspiration and customize their home's interior and exterior.
