Episode 6 of Cocktails with The Cullum’s was hosted at our new model home at The Village at Seven Desert Mountain with special guest Chef Dan Mules, Corporate Chef for Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove in Scottsdale. Chef Dan and The Cullum’s prepared Hot Coco and Brown Butter Sugar Cookies while showcasing our newly built model home and all the Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove appliances featured in the home.

Hot Coco
¾ Cup Cream
¾ Cup Milk
2 Tablespoons Coco Powder
¼ Cup Sugar
½ Teaspoon Vanilla
Pinch of Salt
Garnish with Whipped Cream
Garnish with Marshmallows

Optional: 2 Ounces of Peppermint Schnapps
Brown Butter Sugar Cookies
18 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter, Soft (2¼ sticks)
2½ Cups All-Purpose Flour
2 Teaspoons Cream of Tartar
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
½ Teaspoon Sea Salt
1½ Cups Granulated Sugar
2 Large Eggs
